Refund policy
At Deckly, we’re collectors too — so we get it. Every card matters.
All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of trading card collecting and the volatility of the market, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds once an item has been purchased.
Exceptions
We will consider refunds or replacements only if:
- You received the wrong item (e.g., different card than listed)
- The item was damaged during shipping and you provide photo evidence within 48 hours of delivery
If either of the above applies, please contact us at support@deckly.shop with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Graded Cards
All graded cards are sold as-is. The condition is verified and encapsulated by the grading company (e.g., PSA, TAG). We do not offer refunds based on subjective expectations of condition.
Ungraded Cards
We do our best to clearly describe and photograph ungraded cards. Please review all photos and descriptions carefully before purchasing.
